1. Service

KAMERALENDS provides short-term digital camera rentals across the UK. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to rent a camera from us. You must present valid photo ID (matching the name on your booking) at pick-up.

3. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference. Cameras must be collected from the pickup point specified in your Booking Confirmation, at your chosen pick-up time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation 48+ hours before pick-up: full refund
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund
• Cancellation under 24 hours before pick-up: no refund

Cancellations must be made via the cancellation page on our website or by emailing kameralends@gmail.com.

5. Damage & Loss

In the event of damage, loss, or theft, your payment method may be charged as set out in our Liability Terms.

6. Liability

You are responsible for the camera during your rental period. Any damage or loss may result in charges up to the value of the camera. See our Liability Terms for full details.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
