Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement is entered into between KAMERALENDS and the customer named in the booking (the "Renter").

1. Equipment

The Renter agrees to rent the camera specified in their booking for the agreed rental period. The camera remains the property of KAMERALENDS at all times.

2. Collection & Return

The camera must be collected from and returned to Manchester Piccadilly Gardens, M1 1RG, at the agreed pick-up time and by the end of the rental period. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Condition of equipment

The Renter agrees to use the camera with reasonable care and to return it in the same condition as received, fair wear and tear excepted. The Renter must report any pre-existing damage before leaving the pick-up location.

4. Care responsibilities

• Keep the lens cap on when not in use
• Do not expose the camera to water, sand, or extreme temperatures
• Do not allow third parties to use the camera without prior agreement
• Transfer your photos before returning — the memory card will be formatted on return

5. Payment

Rental fees are paid in full at the time of booking via Stripe. A security deposit hold of up to £30 may be taken in person at the point of handover.

6. Prohibited uses

The camera must not be used for any unlawful purpose, commercial filming without prior agreement, or in any way that could damage the equipment.

7. Agreement

By completing a booking, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this Rental Agreement in its entirety.
