Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies on this site
Version 1.1 — July 2026
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and understand how you use the site. We also use similar browser storage technologies (such as sessionStorage) for some of the same purposes — this Policy covers those too.
What cookies and similar technologies do we use?
We use the minimum necessary for the site to function and to understand how it's used:
- Essential cookies — required for the cart and checkout to work
- Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that does not track individuals across websites
- First-party session analytics — we store a random session identifier in your browser using sessionStorage (cleared when you close the tab), and log which pages you visit, how long you spend on each one, and which site or platform (e.g. a specific social media app, search engine, or direct link) you arrived from. This helps us understand which cameras are popular and improve the site. It does not identify you personally unless you go on to make a booking, in which case it is linked to that booking — see our Privacy Policy (Section 2.2) for full details.
Third-party cookies
Stripe (our payment processor) may set cookies to facilitate secure payments. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled if you wish to make a purchase.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the site.
